Yes lottery was completed on April 7th. Satyam Immigration were receiving receipt numbers for the associates one by one. So they send one such report on May 3rd. Mine was not in that list and now I lost hope bcoz USCIS announced that they stopped generating receipts and sending rejection notices from May 10th.
