We are a "service oriented" company that is there [On-Site], during storms or natural disasters, when utility companies respond to emergencies needing us the most.

We diligently strive to help ensure that our customers can perform their duties and get what they need to help get power restored and the lights back on.

You also get souls from walking near recently dead enemies. Enemies hit take more damage for each bolt they are struck by. Champions hit are revealed and also grant Swain a Soul Fragment. Swain's W is a great tool to slow enemies when they are running away from, or at you. It's an excellent spell for checking spots where the enemy JG might be pathing based on if the camps are up, and also checking routes where a midlaner might roam from. It's generally good to use when you see an Ally fighting, either to assist some damage, slow an Enemy, or simply block a path an Enemy is running to.

Last thing I'll say is that it's also nice to be able to check bushes or objectives without having to facecheck them. It then returns to Swain and roots enemies it hits. Swain's E is going to be the main CC spell that allows you to all in an enemy and let you unload your combo on, it goes through minions so it's a little bit easier than other hook champions, with the downside that it roots the last target hit, meaning if there are minions behind an enemy its best not to throw it out.

Swain can cast Demonflare to decimate nearby enemies with a nova of soulfire, dealing damage equal to a portion of the health he drained and ending his transformation. Swain's R makes you deal AOE Damage during its duration meaning your going to damaging multiple targets with this spell.

Try to ult when the fight is starting to go All in, and you can get close to enemies, not while both teams are dancing around waiting to start.

This also means that if Enemies start running at you to engage, Use the Ult as it makes you a little harder to kill. It doubles the bonus health gained from the passive making you a little more durable, but if if your around multiple Enemies draining them it's likely that they will try to burst you, and this is where Zhonya's Hourglass usefulness comes in, as you can activate R and Zhonya. You can end it early or wait out the duration for an AOE Explosion Demonflare damage, which is good for finishing enemies of.

The base stats of the mythic Moonstone Renewer is the same as Imperial Mandate so your play style isn't changing drastically. All around these items have very good synergy together. The mythic passive also gives Ability Haste per Item which is a stat that is great on Swain.

It's Pretty Good that these items are very easily affordable on a Support budget and Doesn't change up your gameplay, other than when you will have a completed Zhonya's Hourglass. Starting Items. Early Build Path. Core Build. Mythic Item Options [you can only buy one]. General Core Legendary Item.

Situational Legendary Items. Mid Game. Late Game. Support Macro. Zhonya's Hourglass. Then turn on her. Haven't played against her yet so I'm not quite certain, but I'm fairly certain if you can survive until 6 and you R during her W you can win all ins. Easy to punish early but her range starts getting really scary the longer the game goes for. Pretty bad early on, try to cut losses.

Stay away from bushes, you outscale pretty hard. Not very common anymore but its a pretty bad lane. Try to Flash her R and you can kill her pretty easy. Whoever hits CC first wins. Try to dodge as much of his spells as possible. Don't give him a lead. Survive until 6 and its a free lane. You hard outscale and he becomes free Conqueror stacks later on. Make sure you get level 2 first and make sure you have your passive up level 2. Don't group up with your ADC during lane.

If you dodge her bubble she's pretty much useless and very prone to getting 1shot. If you can avoid her Q its pretty easy. Your combo against her should be E, then immediately Q so by the time your E comes back her shield is gone. If she's good and waits with shield until your E returns you can attempt to focus her ADC.

Her range is the same as yours. Wait for her to try and last hit a creep. Very easy heavy trades. Very weak range same as Kai'sa. Easy to punish, watch out for her all-ins. Runes depend on support matchup. Easiest lane on the planet. Pretty much the number 1 counter to Ezreal. You can zone very hard. Dodge as many Qs as possible. Take exhaust. If he even dares think about short trading by E-ing into you, exhaust him and he's a goner. You're lucky if this guy is on the enemy team. Free healing and Conqueror stacks.

Keep your ignite for him if possible, get Tier 2 healing reduction by 4th item no matter what. Worth sitting on early Oblivion orb. Jhin is hands-down your best synergy. Your entire kit has enormous zone control and AoE CC.

Once you hit level 6 Jhin can perma-root freely. If you duo, get a Jhin. Her kill range is almost the same as yours. You have very strong engage with Swain E, if you hit it she can perma-root enemies and you have great disengage with her E, which you can use to chain CC enemies. One of Swain's best lane partners, if she's ever viable she's a dream to play with. Her perma-slow sets you up for landing free roots, if they Flash your E, Ashe can R them and it is a free takedown.

Extremely cancerous short trades. If you hit your E, somebody dies. Just make sure to absolutely to 0 your targets because disengaging is difficult. Your Passive is technically a knockup so she can use her passive on those who you're pulling closer. Insane short trades and nonsensical all-in power post 6. Very good partner, she just has to be facilitated. He has crazy follow-up and you can use his E to pull people who are pushed aside.

Very dominant combo. Doesn't really help her a whole lot, but can get Swain into the enemy team which he sometimes can't do by himself, or can get him out if he's too deep.

Also, her R knockup lasts far and beyond long enough to be able to activate your passive. Swain can keep people in her R for a semi-decent amount of time but nothing exceptional. She provides nothing but vision through her E for Swain. Very strong all-ins but absolutely no escape once you commit to an engage, unless you can kill an enemy. Your passive is a knockup, so just like Samira he can play with that. Not a very good synergy though. Its semi-playable because you can pull people into her Chompers, but completely garbage lane as she deals less damage than you do and has a different gameplan than what Swain wants.

You and Ezreal have nothing to do with each other. Your ideal gameplan is different, your strengths are different, he has 0 CC, this lane is terrible. Only good aspect is damage. You provide nothing that Kog'Maw would want. You have 0 utility for him, you don't have peel, you don't make him more mobile or give him stats and he has nothing that would make you stronger.
