I've tried changing the web. I followed your instruction given in this post. I uninstalled everything related to VS through control panel. I re-installed software in exactly same order you have given in above post. Obviously, there were no servers so I tried to add one. I have provided screenshot of dialog where you can specify your server.

In VS , you get a textbox to specify path. I was expecting same after installing software. Am I doing anything wrong? No I can think of only one thing, format computer and start from scratch.
